Processing, Shipping, & Returns

1. General Information 

All orders are subject to product availability. In the event an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

Due to the frequency of fraudulent activities when paying with a credit card (AMEX, DISCOVER, etc.)  we ask for additional information to verify that the cardholder authorized this transaction. Please note that if Credit Card payments are not verified  within a 24 hour time frame from date and time order was submitted your order will be cancelled and fully refunded.

 2. Delivery Location

Any shipments outside of the U.S are not available at this time.

3. Delivery Time 

Our current processing times are between 1 - 3 weeks and an additional 3-5 BUSINESS days for shipping. Please keep in mind BUSINESS days DO NOT include Holidays and Weekends. Please Plan accordingly when making a purchase. We also offer RUSH PROCESSING which processes your order in 1 week. Also, note processing DOES NOT include Shipping times.

4. Delivery Instructions 

Please remember to list your apartment # during check out. If failed to do so, once orders are re-shipped back to us you will have to pay for shipping again. 

 5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simple add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page. Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped.

8. No Refunds/Exchanges:

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. We will review within 48 hours of receipt of email with next steps. We will replace the defective item ONLY. No refunds. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 24 hours from delivery at: with your order number, details of the product and the defect. You can send us pictures of the item you consider defective at 

PLEASE NOTE: Any reports of defective orders received after 24 hours of delivery will not be honored. 



9. Cancellations:

Orders cannot be canceled after 24HRS


 *** Exchanges do not include any shipping and handling charges. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
